Privacy Policy
Online privacy concerns
focus on the protection of "user identifiable" information,
which an individual or other user reasonably expects to be
kept private. As the term suggests, user identifiable
information is information that can be associated with a
specific individual or entity, including, for example, a
user's name, address, or telephone number.
Conrad Data Systems will not sell, trade, or
disclose to third parties any user identifiable information
derived from the registration for or use of the Services --
including user names and addresses -- without the consent of
the user (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or
other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm
to the user or others). When Conrad Data Systems uses other
agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its
behalf, Conrad Data Systems will ensure that the company
protects user identifiable information consistent with this
policy. Business directories that Conrad Data Systems
creates may, however, contain information obtained from other
sources.
Conrad Data Systems will collect and use user
identifiable information for billing purposes, to provide and
change Service, to anticipate and resolve problems with
Service, or to create and inform users of products and
services that better meet user needs. This means that
Conrad Data Systems may use user identifiable information,
in conjunction with information available from other sources,
to market new services to users that we think will be of
interest to users, but we will not disclose user identifiable
information to third parties who want to market products to

User identifiable information which users provide
through use of the Service to order Conrad Data Systems
services will be protected just as if the information had been
provided under more traditional ways of ordering that
service.
Conrad Data Systems gathers some generic
information automatically. Generic information does NOT reveal
the identity of the user. It usually includes information
about the Internet address assigned to a user’s computer, the
number and frequency of visitors, and the Conrad Data Systems
Sites visited. Conrad Data Systems gathers this
information for the limited purpose of determining user
service and Site needs. Conrad Data Systems does not combine
information collected in this way with any user identifiable
information. Conrad Data Systems does not use this
information except in the aggregate.
Information that users
disclose in a public space, including on any bulletin board,
chat room, or site Conrad Data Systems may host as part of
the Service, is available to anyone else who visits that
space. Conrad Data Systems cannot safeguard any information
users disclose in these locations. When accessing links from
the Service to resources or sites not developed and maintained
by Conrad Data Systems, such access will be subject to that
site’s privacy policies. Although Conrad Data Systems
carefully selects such sites to help insure that inappropriate
material is not accessible from the Service, Conrad Data Systems
cannot control information provided by resources
not maintained on Conrad Data Systems servers.
